When is the event?
CampaignTech Innovation Summit is on December 12th.
Where will the event be held?
CampaignTech Innovation Summit will be held at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in the Pavilion Space. Address: 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004
What are the different ticket types?
Operatives: If you’re on staff or in the field for a campaign, working at a campaign consulting shop, or working independently as a political consultant, then you’re what we think of as an operative.
Vendor: You work for a company that sells products or services to the political campaign industry. For example: If you work for an ad tech platform, a data vendor, or a text messaging platform, you are a vendor.
Non-Profit: To qualify for a $195 non-profit ticket you need to be an employee of a registered non-profit, Political Action Committee, political party, Party Committee or labor organization. Learn more here.
If you are unsure whether you are an Operative or a Vendor, please email us at ctsummit@campaignsandelections.com. Please note that C&E’s determination is final.
What happens if I buy the wrong type of ticket?
If you are an operative who buys a vendor ticket by mistake we will refund the difference between the two. If you are a vendor who buys an operative ticket you will have to pay the difference between price of the ticket you purchased and the prevailing vendor ticket price.
If you are unsure whether you are an Operative or a Vendor, please email us at ctsummit@campaignsandelections.com. Please note that C&E’s determination is final.
Which airports are nearby?
There are three airports in the DC metro area – Reagan National (DCA), Dulles (IAD), and Baltimore-Washington (BWI). DCA is the only airport that has a Metro stop. IAD has shuttles to Metro stops and BWI has a MARC train to Metro stops.
What is the dress code?
We’re relaxed. There’s no formal dress code, but most attendees tend to go business casual.
Are media credentials available?
Members of the press who wish to request credentials should email Shane D’Aprile at sdaprile@campaignsandelections.com.
