About RJ Caster
RJ Caster is the CEO of Techne Media, a digital startup specializing in getting powerful creative in front of target audiences across digital and traditional media channels.
RJ began his career working on Representative Roscoe Bartlett’s (MD06) congressional staff and served on both Capitol Hill, and ran a District Office serving constituents. Following his time with the US House of Representatives, RJ has worked for tech startups and digital marketing vendors specializing in Political and Advocacy campaigns before starting Techne on Texas Independence Day of last year.
RJ currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida, which is also the headquarters for Techne.
