About Kristina Villarini
Kristina Villarini is a digital and creative strategist with over ten years of experience in non-profit, entertainment, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and corporate communications.
As a vice president at Precision, Kristina focuses on helping non-profit and advocacy clients ideate, execute, and manage campaign strategies across a range of issues — with an emphasis on messaging, storytelling, and deploying creative assets to achieve goals and mobilize constituents.
Before joining Precision, Kristina was the first digital director for the Alliance for Safety and Justice (ASJ) and Californians for Safety and Justice. At ASJ, Kristina built the digital team and managed all web, email, mobile, and social media strategies and outreach to its tens of thousands of members around the country. Prior to joining ASJ, she served as the first digital director at Lambda Legal, where she led multi-channel digital efforts empowering clients and partners to build their visibility as ambassadors for the civil rights of LGBTQIA+ people and everyone living with HIV. The Lambda Legal digital team won two Shorty Awards—recognition for outstanding performance on social media for their efforts to stop the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh—under her leadership.
A native New Yorker, Kristina holds a bachelor of arts in English literature from CUNY Brooklyn College and is a long-suffering Miami Dolphins fan and season ticket holder.
