About Dave Huguenel
A Louisiana native, David Huguenel (friends call him Dave) got his start in politics by knocking on doors and doing field work for candidates in South Louisiana. His father-in-law once commented “David must take his job pretty seriously” when he saw Dave taking time to hand out candidate literature at an LSU-Florida game.
Since then, Dave has spent 15 years crisscrossing the country on behalf of candidates and causes, serving as a strategist, and award-winning media consultant, most notably in Oregon and New Jersey. Most recently, Dave lent his talents to President Trump’s reelection effort, serving as both the campaign’s Regional Director of Delegates and Party Organization and War Room Director.
Dave is also a regular guest lecturer at numerous campaign schools, including the Leadership Institute and the Rutgers Eagleton Institute of Politics. He is also a Fellow at the Institute of Politics at Loyola University in New Orleans.
When Dave isn’t working, he is spending time with his wife Jody and their two young children, Mac and Lennon, rooting for LSU and the Saints, and doing his level best to indoctrinate his kids with as much Star Wars knowledge as possible.
